E55 W211 supercharger problem

On a slight tangent, people keep talking about hearing the whine when it kicks in but I've never heard/noticed anything.

I definitely notice it goes like stink along with the glorious noise from the exhaust, as do the missus and the kids , and can't imagine I'm missing a whole load of power so is it just my old and abused ears?

I haven't noticed it either, nor the chirp when the sc clutch bites.
Glad I'm not the only one

To try and whittle it down I've ordered a clutch bearing and a performance charge cooler pump from CKS Performance I will let you know how I get on.

CKS = BIG prices on their products.. Even on chinese carbon fiber lips and front grills they have huge prices . You can find those on ebay with 100$ and their prices are 400-500£.

I'm going to give you bell tomorrow fitted pump today and still the same problem now it's hunting on tick over up and down up to 4k rpm. Pretty much un-drivable now!
