E63 Economy Prediction

Floor the mutha - walk into the meeting with that 'knowing' smile.

The dinosaurs did not die so a 6.2 could be made frugal.

On the way back perhaps, after the high brow corporate deal has been done.

I mean, there are literally £'s at stake here :D.

Just order the Mega-Uber Big Whopper with extra fries and a milkshake and be done with it.

:D

PS : 18.3

An open road, an E63, frugal driving??..................nah, can't be done. I'll say 23.1mpg

22.8 and a big smile from those occasional lapses of discipline en-route.

I'll look out for you on my travels :)

Never mind the economy, I'm predicting a Driving/Incidents/Roadrage along your journey.

Well, the result is in - I just need to eat my tea/dinner (delete as appropriate) and I'll reveal the result.

Any late comers?

Well???
What was it then?

Ok, here we are, and I'm pleasantly surprised.

It actually hit 30.0mpg for a while, and settled at 29.9mpg as I approached the services, however, being a bit of a dur  I left the engine running as I set up the shot, and it dropped to 29.8mpg.

Well done Pete :thumb:.

Impressive figures for a 6.2ltr engine. Just goes to show keeping to a steady speed can be economic even on a big engine. Well done:thumb:
