I've never seen any rider dismount and put that stuff in a little plastic bag, to be thrown into a hedge.

Despite what people on this thread think I do have half a brain. Living in the countryside equals horse £hit, cow £hit sprayed on fields, loud tractors at 4am
No point worrying about it, surprises some of the new arrivals though ! What I don't like is when 2 groups of horses decide to have a chin wag outside my house , £hit central !

Which is what you should have done in the first place, or as said use a little intelligent argument rather than picking on someone for the obvious, don't really see how the horse is relevant. Her body size had nothing to do with her crisiticism.
Actually no, you'd might be surprised at what I get up to. I do however have a partner with a daughter who self harms because of bullies.

If she had not had used the word "idiot" then I would have sought to educate her on her ignorance in a polite way (with sarcastic/snidey undertones no doubt) but he ho that's what happened.

So because she called you an idiot you saw red and lashed out - definitely some anger management issues there and you're just proving her point instead of turning it round and explaining why she is actually the idiot.
It's not the case of can't, it's a case of having a little intelligence and applying it to the situation instead of resorting to personal insults. She didn't open her mouth to the OP, she directed it at her friend which doesn't take nearly as much confidence. There's far too much conflict in thie world, and whilst this may be small fry compared to the bigger picture, it's this kind of bullying and misogyny that starts bigger fires.
She's probably worse than the OP in real life who thinks she can say what she wants to who she wants and exspect no comeback imo well done OP

Fat shaming?......really?......if you are fat and are too lazy greedy to do anything about it and are quite happy to put all that extra load on your heart and joints than you should equally be happy to put up with someone stating a pure and simple fact.....YOU ARE FAT! Lets face it if they get upset about it they are not likely to catch you to be able to do anything about it!!
Side note.....I also think that carrying a dog that's perfectly able to walk is silly....but of course if the dog is scared or poorly that's very different.......half the dogs being carried are as fat as their often fat owners!!! LOL!
