Good evening all,

Today was the day!! I waited at my office and this beauty arrived! I am 25 years old and I work in the city a few weeks ago I started a new job and things have been going really well so naturally I got 'the itch' and started looking at some different options. I traded in my CLS 350 Diesel.. Nothing and I mean NOTHING, could have prepared me for how incredible (and scary!) this car actually is.

Unlike probably every sensible person ever I didn't even test drive it I literally got offered the car, was happy with the deal went onto google couldn't even find one review under 5 stars and I went for it! Anyway enough from me, I will let the pics do the talking!

Polar White 2012 C63 with Harmon Kardon and some other bits not really sure what's standard what's not but love love the pano roof

Thanks H20! seeing as I am speaking to some fellow owners I wondered if I could ask some questions:

When I decided to use the paddles and I wanted to go back to 'D' (auto) mode how do I click back into that? literally had to pull over and turn the car off and on today :fail

what's the little coffee cup and car next to a tree symbol?

I LOVE this car.. got the weekend off and I am heading to the countryside first thing tomorrow :bannana::bannana::bannana::bannana:

If you've used the addled when in auto then after a pause not using them it goes back to auto otherwise there is a switch or dial next to the big controller wheel on the transmission tunnel marked E/s/s/m and that cycles between manual and the auto modes economy, sport and sport+. The. Coffee cup is the fatigue sensor. Itis supposed to sound an alarm if it thinks you are going to sleep. It monitors your face to do this. Sounds cool but no idea if it actually works:)

Hi thanks Chris for the info will give it a try tomorrow maybe I was overthinking it! Oh and HAHA the thought of someone managing to fall asleep at the wheel of that rocket-ship is hilarious!

Could be an interesting insurance claim "I shut my eyes to see if the alarm went off" :). Tired isn't the feeling I've ever had driving mine;)

If you're playing with paddles and decide to go back to reality, just hold the "Up" (right hand) button for a couple of seconds, and all will be well.

Nice car, keep it shiney. :)

Im not jellous at all, not even a little bit pmsl......... what a cracking car :)

Very nice indeed:cool:

Great story, great car. Congratulations you cannot fail to love the car. I know another guy who bought his SLS without test driving it too

Great car, enjoy. May I ask how much your insurance, being such a young man ?

Yes of course.. I am afraid being my age in this car doesn't seem to be too popular with the insurers! It's £3k with a £3k excess then again Admiral quoted £20k with £250 excess :eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek:
