fluid leak - assistance required

2004 Mercedes C200 CDi.

I have a fluid leak on the right hand side of the engine bay.

What is the component on the just to the right of the engine bay? (Glow plug side) that has a couple of pipes coming out of it?

And where do I check the fluid levels for it?

It is normal if the fluid is water... It is normally coming from the airconditioner which is taking out the humidity from the car and colls it... If not water this a different issue...
