I don't mind helping if you are having problems, but you'll need to have the model and seriel number of the radio so it can be inputted into the radio decoder.

To be perfectly honest, if you make a note of your Vin# (17digits and letters) which is on a plate visible in the lower front screen and contact your MB dealer they should be able to give you your radio code free of charge. That is how it works in the UK anyway.

Have a another go a registering first and if its no go, get your model/seriel # and post again.

No idea Dave. I just found the code and I've never had to input one so can't help.
