Waiting at the moment for that “wait” screen to disappear, as i tried to guess the code before. Will update my post soon.

EDIT: How can i enter number 5 on it, since there are only buttons 1-4 on the radio. Cant reallt try other buttons or i am on the cooldown again.

I used the site for an Audio 10 and it gave me an incorrect code. After a check on youtube that I was inputting the code correctly, I found a video explaining that if you lose the code Mercedes will provide it.
If it is the originally fitted radio Mercedes will give you the code. I phoned my local dealer ,was put through to the parts department, they asked me Reg and Vin and was given the correct code within seconds.
THEY CAN ONLY GIVE YOU THE CODE FOR THE ORIGINALLY FITTED AUDIO SYSTEM.

If it is the originally fitted audio phone a Mercedes dealer and they will give you the code.

Ok, code not working, I need 25 pin code.

This is only available through MB. If it is the original unit you can obtain the code from the Dealer by showing your V5 document. If it is a replacement unit MB Dealer will not help you at all. We can check the mercedes servers to see if a PIN is stored for your unit.
