Dean This is what you should use model number = BE3100 and serial number Y2512336 = BE3100Y251233 you have no letter at the front of serial number

Tried what you said. Arrows don't work. It's just the numbers on the right hand side.

Dean the nob is enough to go by ,looks as if it been turned on with someones teeth , Dont understand you have the 310 model and the information i put up with the picture came from a 310 hand book .

Dean right so to set your model,, you use centre knob on the right to start it switch on you will see --code -- turn centre knob till you get the first number of the code ,then press the centre to select it . Then you do the same again for second number select it with centre knob turn to the right for second number of the code and so on till you have the 5 numbers set . Look on Youtube there is lots to show you how to go about it . The one i found was in Russian but you can see what to do and you dont need talking to sort it out .

Dean for some reason 4 number code is right one for your becker 310 And not 5 like i found . But i think you know how to do it but if not go to RADIO CODE .CO.UK look up to the top you will see - Code Entry Help - the help is free but i think to get the code of them it will be for a fee .Might be best because you will have it right away and they work with you if its wrong I looked on my radio site and there is 8 types of 310 so would take ages to find a 4 number code . Just checked all BE310 012901881 i find all 5 number codes nothing with 4 in there .Buy a cade ,,i would.

Try this The 5 digit code only has numbers 1-=4 Example 12343 So if you have code 12343 then press the buttons1then 2 then 3 then 4 then 3 again .This giving you12343 then press and hold one of the arrow buttons to confirm your entry .If iwrong digit you must compeate sequnce of five digits to start again at the begining .Only when you enterred and can see the correct code inthe display should you click on to confirm key .Thats it /

If you are still having trouble, the dealer will give you the code if you supply the Vin# and show the V5C and some ID.
I understand not all are open but the parts dept is where I got a code. Some dealers are still open.

Deans problem is ,,he has no idea how to put the codes in. He can see 4 digit numbers on the front, but his code is for 5 digits this put anyone off .
