Your right J, GW on a 25 car day, have 15 full day places and 10 half day places, we have taken 14 of the full day spaces, and two PM spaces, last time we took only 8 of the places, so this years effort by the guys booking is fabulous, although we are in regular contact so makes it that little bit easier to put this type of event together.
Only downside for me personally, is the lack of the 63 guys, with exception of C63fan, to whom I have no idea if he has booked into this event, but doubting it, as we have no feed back to his attendance, is where are these other 63 guys, must be hundreds of them out there by now, and none of them want to test their cars on track, thank god, Simon M, Mika, Bengy, BeninLux, the guy from Jersey, and a few others have been out to play on the previous track days we had, to test their cars, really great sounding, and fun days, really is disappointing to their response.
Guess the 63 owners today are just a different bunch these days!

Missed opportunity mate and having broke my GW virginity in a C63 the tracks great exploiting those cc. It's such a great day but we have some great cars and even better company. Think we have sorted H out a car too so all looking good.

The 63 might not be ready to take that kind of abuse just yet,very little time to spare to make the cooling more efficient and develop new intakes better safe than sorry hence my decision to bring the 55 instead.

Great that your with us B, but what I would add, is the cars of the AMG nature are not abused on a Goodwood track day, bar the brakes, which are all within reason, replaceable, bar one section of the track I never get out of third gear,, its only the brakes trying to stop such a big beast that get a beating, and that is a cost to factor in, tyres, unless your JB, will never get a full on beating in one track day.
From what I read from within the forum, the AMG guys that are performing on the road, to which I personally have little time for, Goodwood is a stroll in the park mate. Look forward to some legal fun.

For the few of us going to Goodwood next Saturday, firstly, how quick has this date arrived! and secondly, the weather is currently looking good, a dry track!

Look forward to my 1st TD this year and meeting up with you guys going, and then further look forward to June the 18th, where we have booked most of the places on that day, think we have taken 18 places of the 25 available, sure that date will arrive just as quickly, and looking forward to that day as well
