On the W204 sport should both the front head restraints adjust fully down so they are sitting on the seat back ? On mine the driver one will adjust fully down but the passenger one seems to hit a mechanical stop inside the seat just above the first latching position. Presumably they should both be the same.
Also in the rear load space there are some plastic hooks that pop out. One of mine doesn’t. Any idea how they are held into the trim? At a guess they probably just push in with a plastic spring clip so I need to get behind the trim to remove it.
