Headlight adjustment control name? - W210

Sorry for stupid question but does anyone know the proper name for the headlight height adjustment control (numbered 0-3) thats located next to the headlight switch on a W210?

I need to look online for a second-hand replacement as mine sounds like its leaking vacuum.
