Help needed on model choice

I guess you can`t go very wrong with this classic, maybe I ought to follow your example and just buy one.

The cl55komp is one of the all time great cars imo.
The ride is noticeably firmer than the standard car, but not crashy over bumps.
The 500 is probably the better every day car, the 55k is something very special though.
My dad had both of them at the same time and we did back to back comparisons.

When I rate comfort over performance but performance is fun.., would you still recommend the cl55 over the cl500? I mean, is the loss in comfort so little that I might as well take the extra performance too?

I think you're at the point of it being a preference thing. The 55k is a lot faster and a lot more fun but the stock 500 isn't a slow car either!
You really need to try those two.
In an ideal world use the 500 during the week and the 55k at the weekends.
If I personally could only have one, I'd take the 500 because I like my comfort and it's very rare you can use 500horses these days.

I think you have a point there.
If the comfort was the same, I`d take the extra performance any day.
But if the comfort is better in the 500, I might not miss the extra power that often anyway.

I can use 500 horses every day of the week...

I used to live somewhere where the 350 horses I had at the time could not be used a lot. Certainly isn't worth having then I agree.
