Help Needed - rear passenger door seal gone

It seems that the seal has gone on my rear passenger side door, such that it is making a noise when I drive and it also lets water in occasionally.

I've been quoted some silly price by Merc to supply and fit one, just wondering whether anyone knows where I can get a cheap one, preferably brand new though - can probably fit it myself.

Just buy one from your dealer. The parts are normally cheap it's the labour that is the killer.
