HELP! W210 ATF Filling Reservoir

Hi guys,

I would be very grateful for your urgent help.

I noticed last night that oil was dripping from the bottom of the car. Fearing the worst, I took it to a garage this morning who have confirmed that the ATF pipe under the radiator has corroded.

I now need to make a 250 mile journey home before I can get it repaired as I am currently away.

Can anybody advise where it can be topped up from? I have looked but can't find the filler cap and all my manuals are at home!

Also searched the forum but can't find anything with a photo that helps.

All help much appreciated.

The ATF is filled through the dip stick tube . This will be in the engine bay . There wont be a dip stick inside the tube however .
