Post up your home made "special tools" for MB's here. Pics and what model/year it is used on essential :thumb: This may allow others to make their own to solve tasks etc

Somewhere, I have my grandfathers home made bearing scraper, made from an old file.

Used in the old days, with blue dye, to make big end and main bearings fit.
 
I used a yellow plastic tile grout spreader to assist with removing the front bumper trims to access the parking sensors on a W211 if that counts...
 
This owner managed to borrow these two useful special tools. They sell nothing like this in Halfords as far as I know.
