I ordered an entire brake kit for my C55 (your order 686149). Front & rear discs,pads & wear indicators. These were delivered in superfast time. Thank you.

I have no idea if the up to 50% sale discount was applied or what discount was applied. I did PM you but got no response. I also tried using your online chat which worked then just went dead after the ECP Chap asked me to "wait a moment"

Can you advise please.

Assuming you ordered since last Friday then it was during the upto 50% off promo.

It tells you the discount per category on the ad, it is up to 35% for brake parts. If you go to the ECP website now and look at the items you bought it tells you the normal price and the current offer price.

Hi Bruce,

You ordered during our Summer Sale where the items were already discounted.

I've had a look at your order - the normal price (on the website now) is 24% more than what you paid - so during the sale you essentially got the forum discount, but already applied :bannana:

Is the forum discount back on? I tried using it but it states 'incorrect or expired code'?? I thought the 50% promotion was over and forum discounts were back?
