Yeah had mine to an indicated 185-190 I didn't look down much lol. I reckon I could have got it off the clock (200mph) but bottled it!

I must admit though the first question I asked when I bought my car was can it do 70mph. As long as it does that I'm happy because it's enough, any more and the entire world will be in terrible danger, the rainforests will cease to exist and aliens will invade

Believe it or not I was thinking the same, but as you can see the car is a LHD ( speedo in KM ) so I wasn't in the UK

I hit 196mph in my E60 M5 with a gear to go at an air field day and 198mph in my previous car a modified 997 Turbo, again in an as safe as can be environment

Sad I never cracked 200 in either

I only had a mile straight when i did the 196 in the M5, that would have breezed past to about 210 I think, I had 500rpm in 6th to go and it was still climbing hard

I missed out on Vmax last year in my 997 due to blowing a drive shaft apart on a run to Geneva

I would need to get a map on my CL to take the limiter off, but I am lead to believe after the CL will crack the 200 mark

So yes Up for that
