How much do you pay for insurance

Insurance is not just about getting the cheapest premium, you need to know they'll actually pay out if you need to claim.
I wouldn't touch Aviva with a barge pole.

Strange how things change over time, when they were Norwich Union that was exactly why you went with them even over most of the other big boys.
 
2009 cls320 cdi, 13yrs ncb self, 9yrs ncb wife

churchill renewal came in at 546 access of 600

going thru comparision website, cheapest seen is zurich at 485 access of 550

got zurich at £416, 0 vol access 400 comp access, me and wife named drivers :thumb:

£410 me and girlfriend (but shes never drove it)6y NCB on c350 cdi and protected.
When the renewal come through from Chris knott they was quoting £670!!!!! But they matched the Swinton quote there n then as soon as they see proof
 
I got a quote on a 1995 c150 w202 1.8 petrol for £2350 a lot yes but I am 21 with no no claim bonus compared to the pig 106 1.5 diesel which was 1900 I think it's reasonable price

With Adrian Flux! its a bargain for a Young Driver and also with policy i have drive any car 3rd party basis!

Good to hear ASFlux is still operating, they insured me decades ago when I had a VW Scirocco, they were the specialist insurers for high insurance group cars.
 
I've just renewed through the Institute of Advanced Motorists C350 V6 max no claims, garaged in Kent. Two middle aged professionals......£239! :) plus six months subscription to top gear so £209 really!
 
2004 E55 AMG 9yrs NCB fully protected wife covered too, £387 with European cover, Legal Aid and courtesy car. Helps being an old sod on occasions!

just insured my new 63 plate e63 which I pick up 1st sept. £349 fully comp with aviva, happy days hey.
 
Just renewed my E220 Coupe with Admiral

£300 fully comp - £250 excess.

£800 plus with Merc.

'98 E300TD. £400 full comp with £1000 excess. But then im 25 with only 1 years no claims. Next year will be well cheap!
 
Not bad, used to be at admiral as well but since they massively increased on the renewal quote I chose directline over them, paying 2500 for the C220 and a golf Mk4 gt tdi with 2 additional drivers on both cars.
