hi, i have bought a car and have a leak in my engine oil only had this motor a month
could you get vin for YJ12VJR
Thanks

If you already have the car then the V5 will state the Vin#.
If the V5 hasn't beed returned by the DVLA, look in the bottom left of your windscreen. The Vin# should be visible there among other locations on the car.

Found a potentially great motor but want to do another M272 engine check before jumping on the dealer... Please could a friendly decoder give me a VIN for BT56CXE?

Many thanks and virtual alcoholic drinks in advance.

Thanks! DAMN!!!! Another mint car but still in the affected range...Interestingly its an SA built car, I looked at a Bremen built one which was registered sooner than this car and the engine was OK in that one, it was just too rough for me. If I can get a warranty this might be the one....

Could anyone help me out with this please? ))
The issue is that I'm considering buying this car, but the seller has the car parked in a very remote storage facility, and he does not have the VIN with him (he lost the V5C....) so I cannot run the full HPI Check etc

Many many thanks!
All the best

Evening. I'm looking at purchasing an SLC. I have found one I like the look of, but it is 180 miles away. Could someone please find the VIN so that I can find the accurate spec? Thanks in advance.

Hi guys, been around for a few months after buying my c63 but just signed up now.

I'm after the VIN for YJ15 ARG. Car is a Seat. Windscreen was smashed from corner and the number isn't visible anymore. Can anyone help me out here?

Cheers! :thumb:

Strange one, "broken windscreen", lots of places to get the VIN for an owner least of which is the V5!

Have to say this whole VIN thing for new joiners makes me feel uncomfortable given all the elaborate scams around and GDPR regs.

I feel the same way Pat. It's not like any of them hang around after they get the info either.

A rethink on my part as to what to decode in future.
