I wouldnt have thought so - I've tried the 2003 DX disc in C class and M class and E class . The C class has 50m and the rest don't.
To be honest , like Paul G says 50m is not that helpful and I never used it personally. An Alpine system I tried out in a JAG XJ6 was better in this repect as it names every street in the display which is far more useful in close up mode.
