In my experience, immaturity is one of the main reasons why somebody who is obviously losing an argument will continue to stubbornly fight.

Nah, bought mine from the ex sales director of Mercedes Benz Cheltenham, his own personal car, sold it now unfortunately, have just been handed down a w124 E36 AMG 4 door saloon with a broken gearbox and other niggles from my dad though :bannana:

Current car is a w210 E320 and a for sale 97 supercharged VR6 though (wanting a C36 instead).

That is magnanimous of you Ade - But we can leave it open for a little longer until the mods have had a chance to discuss its future. I personally think it needs an Admin and not Mod decision. As Admins have posted in this thread I dont think it's my place to lock it.

From my personal point of view this forum has absolutely no bias towards wealth or lack of it - otherwise I would have been evicted ages ago

At 'n-n-n-n-n-n-n-nineteen-nineteen' if I was feeling 'flush' I would catch a Taxi, not too 'flush', a Bus, if I was really not 'flush', I walked, or hitch-hiked, which wasn't unusual then.........

The one thing I used to hate was walking through the suburbs of Salisbury, now Harare, in the pitch dark in the knowledge that just about every house had a 'killer-dog' in the yard - hopefully behind a locked gate! I tell you I used to 'sh1t' myself!!!
