i have a set of 18 inch amg alloys their kinda stick out off the side my 230ce i was wondering if i should cut the hub from the inside of the alloy so their will not stick out. and can u suggest any garage which help me

I dont think you will receive any advice from this forum - playing with wheel modification is likely to get 'someone' killed - ask at an MB dealer and they'll think you're round the bend - with respect !!

Why not go for modified flared wheel arches/extensions instead "IF" you really want to keep the alloys...

On W202 C43 AMG they did a plastic extension wheel arch trim piece that mounted onto the wheel arch.

You can have the hub on the inside of the wheel grinded down dependant upon the thickness of the hub. Normally you can get 5-10mm shaved off without safety issues BUT i would only recommend this from a professional who knows what he's doing.

BJV wheels offer this service and will measure the hub thickness first to ensure it will be safe.

I looked into this a short while back, as has already been mentioned, if you take too much off you will effect the strength of the wheel, BJV are a good bet.

bjv where abouts are they based or is there a contact no. that you lot can give out
