Japanese hit-and-run woman drives home with body lodged in windscreen

She was charged with causing a traffic accident resulting in death and escaping after running over a person with a car. If convicted, she faces up to 17 years in prison or a fine.

Bit of a spread there.....17 years in prison or a fine......

Typical journalism, 'We dont know the answer so we'll just put every possibility in'

What confuses me is how do you run over someone and still end up having them stuck in your windscreen???

She must be not guilty , then

It's either a proof reading problem or there was two of them...

"A Japanese woman drove for four miles with the body of an 80-year-old pedestrian lodged in her windscreen after she ran him over."

"The 23-year-old driver is believed by police to have struck the elderly woman"

Hello hello, i spy a new girl, welcome 'bluebaggirl', what do you drive & where you from ?
