JL Sub in C55 AMG with Logic 7

I did not find the existing Mercedes-Benz SUB Bass speaker that comes with the logic seven HIFI adequate enough so I fitted a third party one and it seems to be okay a whole set up cost less than £1000.


The first view shows the system from the boot. There is still ample room in the boot space as well as easy access to the spare wheel without having to pull anything apart:

This view shows the speaker box which is not cosmetically attractive in broad daylight however it is hidden behind the beauty panel so you can't see it:

This shot shows that in-line filter that he used to tune the sub bass signal coming from the logic seven output:

This is a shot of the modification that is needed on the ski hatch

And this is the interior view when everything is put together. I'm thinking of actually painting this black although it doesn't look that bad:

All in all the system now has a far better thumping bass response and has significantly enhanced the sound of the stereo

have you got any pics of the boot itself from the outside? Would like to see how much room it's taken and how good it looks, thinking of doing that to mine
