have you lowered the ride on it in anyway?

Not lowered yet but its on the agenda as the fron sits high when compared with the back and it would proably improve ride quality and handling as well with the age of the car.

Think im going to go with pluggers idea and go for a square/ rectangular tipped exhaust. But Im happy enough with it so it way down on the list of priorities.

I just has an exhaust fitted, i had to cut the bumper too, will post pics as soon as I can.

whats this part everyones talking abt, to hide the black rubber door seals? I could do with that, how much is it...?

There are different seals listed for 97+ spec cars, but whether the will fit or solve your problem I don't know. RRP inc vat £7.18e (front) £5.87e (rear)
