Short answer, not really, and when told by his technician he didn't adjust the price enough to reflect what it is. To be fair it’s a very small market for cars like this.I've never seen one of these advertised by a dealer, they normally change hands privately. Did the dealer realise what he had ?
I don’t have a photo of the engine but I can get one easily. Do I need to include a can of custard?Have you got an engine pic you could post?......and do you know exactly what they do to the motor on the conversion process??
They are tiny! If I remember right it’s just over 400 PS/tonne.Always loved the little SLK 55's, that thing must shift power to weight. top purchase!

Wowzers, that's a beaut
I'm going with the crowd here: the rims really work. The soft edges of the spokes compliment the curves of the car. We definitely need some more pics when you get the chance. Nice one Mr BD.
Absolutely beautiful, although I'm left a little disappointed that there is no under- bonnet view or pic' showing the nappa interior.
"Not quite" an adapted milk float, is it.

Agreed Will. Great to see it’s untouched aside from the nuclear mass under the bonnet.
Would love to see some interior photos when you have time Rob. And maybe a graphic engine bay shot.

PS Photo in post #71
I would expect the likes of Simpsons or BTB (the latter are probably more convenient for you) would be able to come up with something - both provide exceptional quality work. That’s the sort of thing I have in mind. Any suggestions on exhaust specialists capable of a top quality job?
Let’s not follow the lead of another forum. Pick an alternative household product, ideally one I have at hand!No custard!!
Much appreciated, thank youI would expect the likes of Simpsons or BTB (the latter are probably more convenient for you) would be able to come up with something - both provide exceptional quality work.
Hayward and Scott might also be worth a shout. I’ve never used them but they’ve been around a long time doing custom work for all sorts.Much appreciated, thank you
