MB Parts Back Order Probs - Need Help!!!!

Back in October I needed a supercharger clutch pack as mine was confirmed as faulty (but only when I sort the professional expertise of Car Planet Warrington!!!)
So just swap it out under warranty I here you say, "oh no Mr B it will be in to us in 3 weeks" which takes us towards the end of November, then I get a phone call saying it had slipped to the 6th December!
I decide last Friday that I should complain so I called Macclesfield MB who put my car to the highest priority which is a Vehicle Off Road status, great what date do I have now??????
20th DECEMBER ON A PROVISIONAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have complained to MB UK direct and I have just had a call from a lady in EU customer services who said, "sorry there is really nothing we can do - no reason why the delay - anyway your car running isn't it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

I'm speechless, think I need to go back to Porsches again, is there anything else I can do gentlemen?

I hope its the right one. There's an old delaying tactic manufacturers sometimes use
"Send him any one,it'll shut him up for a few days" Hope i'm wrong.

Oh gosh, it's in MB tomorrow, that thought may keep me awake tonight !!!!!!!

It's in...and so is the right part.....MB Macclesfield are a bit cautious as they are dealing with a car that is slightly outside their normal working parameters shall we say but they are being really spot on so far, hopefully all sorted for tomorrow!
