Memory Seat switch for W203

I have a 2001 w203 with memory electric seats, the passenger side has bee diagnosed as needing a new switch in the door, £110 from a dealer.
There was one on ebay that looked identical, but the part number was for a later model 2003 on.
Does any one know what the difference is? will the later on fit and work?

Maybe the heated seat button? IIRC the early ones had the heater button just ahead of the seat controls. On the later ones the heater button was moved to the centre console.

As far as I'm aware the only difference relates to the drivers door seat switch where the steering wheel adjuster was removed from the switch block.
