Hi. Quick update. I spoke to Sam, nice guy. I think he is too far in his deal with BMW so his ML63 has gone. Never mind, I found a Ml55 today, went and saw it, £4K later deal done Just drove it home, been chipped and is the fastest Ml55 Ive driven ( driven 5 now ). A few electric things need fixing so will be sniffing out parts etc on the forum.

Really pleased, Im offically in the AMG club

i have to admit, pound for pound, what a deal. It's the quickest ML55 Ive driven (5). There are a few things that need sorting but its in good condition. Not sure on the wheels, a bit gangsta for a 44 year old so will see.

Where do you guys buy your parts from ? looking at the engine I need to service it. The main top hose looks old and needs replacing. Also, how do you dip the gearbox oil ? read you need a special tool ?
