slightly off topic....but tempted to do the 55k remap and pulley.
Is upgraded cooling required for the 84mm pulley?

Should be OK with the 84mm pulley Lenny provided your IC pump is working well. It's the 77mm one where upgraded/split cooling is recommended.

Sorry for the basic questions but what is the "Eurocharged Remap, Dyno & Handheld", particularly the Handheld bit? What improvement would this add to the E55K?

Similarly what performance gain would be expected from the "E55 Remap & 84mm SC Pulley"? Thanks.

Map is loaded to your car via a handheld device which you keep, so you can update or offload yourself when it's in for service etc etc

You should be looking at 540 -560 bhp after the map and pulley. Hopefully your cooling pump is fine and doesn't need replacing because of the extra heat generated.
