Multi car insurance

Does anyone have experience of insuring a more than one car on the same policy sharing the No claims? My mate has done it on two MB 190E's but our insurance company don't want to know.

We want to insure our E220 and SL500 on the same policy as we intend to alternate between them to save the mileage on the SL.

There's a load of discussions about this on Pistonheads.

Basically - yeah there's loads that will do it. They're opinion is that you can only drive 1 car at any 1 time.

Hi there - yes I have a number plus a bike insured with Zurich Direct. As an earlier post pointed out the premiums go down since you cannot drive all at the same time!

I use Nowell and Richards in Stafford as the broker. They are good.
