My cls left side washer missing n white smoke

Hi my cls w219 leftside washer missing, need to buy one, who out there are selling this one. Here it cost very expensive to buy from mercedes in brunei, i prefer to buy online, any idea.

And also anyone who have cls320cdi, have experience white smoke. It happen yesterday about 1 min while accelerating. No warning sign show. Call mercedes they said it might be a little water go to the injector since its diesel. So nothing to worry they said. Is it true, it happen twice. My fuel was at the lower 3 bar. Thank you.
