My Dad

Sorry to hear that Darrell, my Dad had his epilepsy under control with medication, the Alzheimers is way more difficult to control and more dangerous than is recognised.

sorry to hear that Darrell, thoughts go out to you and your family

Very sorry to hear of your loss Darrell. My only advice is to remember and celebrate the good times you had together.

Sorry to read about your loss Darrell. I am sure you will take some comfort from knowing that he is no longer suffering?

My wife (66) has dementia (diagnosed Jan 2014 but symptoms started before then), so I understand what you've been through.

Kindest regards
Phil

Deepest Sympathy to you and your family.

Having been there with my Mum a few years back, it is one awful thing to happen.

Agree with others comments. Remember the good times.

I'm really touched by all the comments made.
I will certainly remember the good times with him. He was a top bloke when he was younger. Always involved with the Scouts, the golf club and the cricket club. Holidays to Antibes in the 70s in his Jaaag and rebuilding 3 houses.
His divorce from my mum hit him hard and from there his health deteriorated. The funeral is next Friday.
