You need alloys with a ET37 on the front and ET30 on the rear. The higher the ET the further inside the wheel arch the alloy sits so ET47 and ET58 are going to sit too far inside the arch. They need to be spaced out to move them out away from the hub so they dont foul suspension components. That is what the spacers do move them further out. So adding a 10mm spacer to the ET47 alloy makes it ET37 which is what you need.

The existing tyres may be okay but I think most people will advise you run the correct size tyres for your car for insurance purposes.
