Keyless Go is availble on the C63 as an optional extra, I have it on mine.

A £930 option.

Sent from my iPad using MBClub UK

Interior looks amazing my colour choice too, your photos show it off well. Seats seem to be mostly white.

Not long to wait now...

Interesting you didn't go for the dealership experience for handover.. What if driver wrapped it on the way!

If the driver at wrapped it i think I would have just waited another 2-3 months and got lots of nice things thrown in! Driver was excellent!

Cammo - Yep, still smiling haha

Very funny this morning, just after cleaning it my neighbour pops round to have a nosy and I start the engine as a bus pulls up a few yards down the road, what I didn't initially see was the old couple get out and begin to walk towards my driveway just as prod the throttle to 4k rpm a few times. My wife was watching from upstairs and said that they nearly jumped out of their skin! I caught them at the last moment looking concerned as they made there way past hahahaha

Drove into Nottingham city centre today for a spot of shopping with the wife, lots of nice looks, and loads of nice exhaust burble and echo in the multi story car park... Wife wasn't impressed with my boyish behaviour!

Think I got 16mpg on the total 20 mile return trip. I did do a couple of overtakes which were so easy. It's so effortless to drive, it's like it's begging me to thrash it senseless, but I am being kind at the moment.

nice car but i would have had the black and silver 19 inch wheels which look great on a white car

Love the colour of the seats

Can't wait to get to a big multi story... Might just have to go all the way to the top to find a space

Good story about the old couple.. Bet you got the 'yobbo' comment!

Don't like the black wheels, I think they look a little lost in the arches and should be gloss instead of matt.

I think the titanium 19"s look better in the flesh.

Each to their own though :-)

Really like the seat colour too, the interior on mine is a little dark.

One niggle I have is there isnt enough space inside for all the crap I tend to keep like keys garage openers etc, even the glove box is tiny, there just doesn't seem to be anyway near as much storage as in my 10 year old audi A3!

Oh dear! First thing you need to sort out in a new car is where to 'park' your phone... To hidden and you always leave it in the car, too loose and it slides everywhere

Ideas anyone?

It's the only thing I like about my lads 207, it's got a nice cubby hole for phones...

Just keep mine in my pocket and use the blue tooth connectivity.

RR

So squeaky brakes... I did use the search function and not too much appeared.

It does seem that this is fairly normal, but they still do it at low speed e.g. approaching lights slowly and applying the brakes gently to bring the car to halt.

How long does it last for, got some strange looks pulling up at a pedestrian crossing in a brand new car squeaking its way to a stop :)

I expect they are just ‘glazed’ from light use around town – a couple of good hard stops from speed will de-glaze the discs and pads and should stop the squeaking.
I used to have the same problem on my GT3s and a little heavy use of the brake pedal always made things better!

Thanks!

Will give it a go if it continues.

All good thanks Rash’. I hope you and your beautiful car are keeping well.
Just working on the sale of the SLS and thinking about what might take its place, in time, once I’ve bought another house etc. Top of the list at the moment is the C63 507 Edition…

I'm good thanks, Mark :thumb:
CLK63 is all good too
Not been able to get it out of the garage much over the last few weeks, but I have managed to get it out a couple of times to get her moving and warmed up.

Still gutted to hear you having to part with the SLS :(
But it's most understandable.

I hope things with your family are ok.

As for the 507 edition.. I figured you'd go the whole hog and select yourself a C Black Series? ;)

Regardless of what you go for, I'm sure we'll see you in true "Mark" style soon

My iPhone sits on top of the drinks holder with the cover shut. Never fallen off even with an enthusiastic driving style. But it is a flat phone...

Glad to hear the delivery went well. Interior looks lovely. Nice all round.

If you're talking about "speed limit assist", use the left/right arrows on the left side of the steering wheel to scroll to the "Assist" menu. Click OK. Scroll up/down to the speed limit assist option. Click OK to deactivate it.

Have fun!

This has been annoying me too but I am a man and therefore have no need to read a manual :-)

J.
