My M class 270 cdi 10amps fuse behind the main fuse keep burning out.
whenever that happens, the coolant light comes on and the cooling fan not coming on as well
Does anyone knows what might be causing this problem?
Kindest regards,

Welcome to the forum!

I would suggest checking the fuse is the correct ampere as per the fuse diagram. If it is, you could either get the faults read on start diagnostics (Best option) or diagnose the components on the system?

Does the system blow straight away, are all fluids topped up and does the car start to overheat?

Welcome; I'm sure you'll get lots of useful info.

The diagnostic kit is Star, by the way, not start (b****y predictive text?); many Indies have it as well as MB dealers. Whereabouts in the UK are you?

This is an excellent resource for the earlier W163- Unfortunately doesn't cover the 270cdi diesel engined model.

Hi and welcome to the forum. Sorry I cannot offer any sensible advice on your problem but I am sure there are others here that will. Hope you get it sorted quickly and easily.
