Newbie - Idiot - Cant work the controls post for help !

Ive just purchased a 05 Class C220 CDI Estate.
On the display you can, ( so the hand book tells you ) either a Digital Speedo or Outside Temp Mine is currently set to the Speado (Only in KPH and not MPH) how do i change it to the outside temp ????

Its driving me up the wall ..... and i cant seem to change it

Unfortunately you can't. The car needs reprogrammed to get rid of this "feature".

No. It tells you in the handbook that this feature is not possible in the UK.

It's because it's the law here that the car must display both MPH and KMH. Most cars have dual marked speedo's, but Merc's don't.

The handbook should read except in Uk where KPH will be displayed

you don't HAVE to, but I bet MB wont do it or even could do it.
