When one says 'Had engine professionally tuned at Bosch specialist: £184',
What does this entail?.... What do you get for 184 quid?... Is it worth it?

It means it goes onto dedicated engine oscillscope to diagnose the problem along with using the diagnostic port to read any fault codes.

Worth doing if you have a prob on the car, they can isolate a problem quickly. The scope will show you the spark and fuelling in all cylinders.

Yes i had that done, not him as it implied... it had a misfire and in the end was sorted with a good tune up...

i dont think it will have sold at that, probably bidding on his own car... expect it to be relisted..

There has to be a major problem for him to buy the car of me for £5.5K and then sell it for peanuts..
