Frist thing to remember is that the 30 day / 1000 mile limit is nothing to do with it. You bought a car based on a set of statements made by the dealer and it is reasonable for them to deliver their side of the bargain.
If not then you are entitled to your money back - simple really. But to follow through and enforce it you will need to be able to show a trail of correspondence otherwise it will be difficult for you to prove.
I would take the time to write a recorded del letter and set out the facts starting with the purchase of the car on date xyz - and up to todays phone call. Also state that unless the full service history is supplied as promised then you would not have bought the car so you will be rejecting it and demanding a refund in full.
