I've used; http://www.numberplate-solutions.co.uk/ who were excellent. I used http://www.fancyplates.co.uk aswell without much luck. The only other firm like this that I once used was http://www.illegalplates.co.uk

I have to say the quality of the plates and the service from http://www.numberplate-solutions.co.uk/ was excellent.

All very illegal apart from the last one (and the Irish one if you have an Irish registered car).
