Afternoon MBClub,

right ok, so I have managed to get a rubber diaphragm for my carb, straight forward enough job, open up carb and replace the diaphragm, or will I need to remove the carb completely from the car? (Sorry if this is a silly question) I have visions of my just undoing the 3 bolts, taking the top off, undoing a few more screws, and replacing the rubber, and that's it... :dk:

Thanks.

ok Diaphragm changed...was easy enough...runs a little smoother now :) but I can hear what I think is a misfire...took out one of the spark plugs...slight dark/sooty...does that mean its running rich?

Would/could that have anything to do with why its misfiring..?
