Polishing wheel back to bare metal and lacquer

Hi all,

My set of alloys on my car in the photo in the signature are in need of refurbishment.

Should I have the alloys refurbished by Amazing Alloys, painted silver, or could I DIY them by polishing the alloys back to bare metal and lacquer them to achieve the polished metal look?

Take them to Andy and get them done properly.

not a good idea polished wheels dont last if there done properly. just bite the bullet and get them sprayed. Its not that expensive really and at the end you have a brand new set off wheels.
