I keep looking myself, it's pretty good.

Took a while as we had to find an identical van and buy loads of Burberry material to stick on and make the sun visor.

Blagging the chain from the jewellers was not very time consuming but did require a quick gettaway....

Oh and lifting a Sprinter to nick the alloys is hard work I can tell you.

I think this thread highlights exactly what this forum is.

A member has asked for advice, which has been offered by the bucket load. Not only has there been this excellent advice, there has also been great humour, support and camaraderie.

If anyone tries to describe what type of forum this is, then look no further.

My final question concerns this UV top coat? The new paint is a two part paint but is this UV thingie something that is applied after the final top coat?

No. The laquer top coat should be a UV proof laquer.

This is allegation is taken very seriously and as a result I have ordered Lord Hutton to carry out a fool , in depth public inquiry into this matter. If any evidence is forth coming then heads will roll.

The vehicle is booked in and just to add to the confusion. Just like the Queen I don't pay the VAT so the saving will pay for the alloy wheels and I will be getting the newer back lights as per the picture very kindly posted by Flash.

I expect to have the nrew vehicle back in situ before the end of this month.

I have just been in contact with the bodyshop and they've had a cancellation so the van is being collected tomorrow and will be away for approximately 14 days.
