I think currently its closing at 8.00 ish....

EDIT :- are you coming Sp!ke, be nice to meet you after all this time.....

I'll be there .. albeit with my now slightly battered CE :(

Surely, we can still all walk down the road together for just 1 pint (despite change of venue...) ;) :)

They make more money from coke than beer anyway!

Usually the landlord is notified of a gtg (well ones i've attended) so not sure of the problem.

Dude !!!

What happened ? :(

There is a pub right opposite the entrance to the park , The Kings Head, or one actually on the entrance 'The Lion Gate Hotel' probably a bit posh for us though !! ;)

Average cost of coke is £1.55 and most of it is diluted with water... - I agree with wot ur saying...

Well i guess we've not organised it properly then...... :(

There are other customers to the pub, the car park is not massive, we would take over the whole thing.

The LL probably wouldn't want us to take drinks into the car park, so we would be flitting between car park and pub, not great....

Bushy Park it is then....

Should be a great day :)

Bushy park is fine by me.

See you all there tomorrow

Will

Walking to the pub wont be a bad idea, not as if it's a long way away :) Plus I need the exercise from sitting behind this desk all day :D

Stupid mistake - my fault entirely... didnt quite judge the overhang of a skip correctly so now I have a collection of scars on the boot area of the car.

Will get it sorted when funds permit :(

I have exactly the same scars i reckon......

Day 1 of owning the car, popped into Kingston, reversed into a parking bay, slight overhang at the back. Remember i was used to driving a Honda CRX which is about half the length....

'Clunk' - i hit the overhang !! instead of pulling forward to look at the damage, i jump straight out, thereby releiving the suspension of my 85 kg body weight, hence it rises slightly (while still stuck under the overhang) and makes it that much worse....

So i leave the car there , pop into Hellfrauds, to get a touch up stick, get home, paint it on, looks good while wet, soon as it dries its a different shade of white....... Nightmare.

Car washed, polished and hoovered.
Just got to polish the wheels now and wait for air-con man to turn up.
Am looking forward to this afternoon. :D

Hey everyone... I'm trying to sort out some funds (a bit low today... :( ) and if I do - I'll be there! Damn, I soooo wanna make it...

We won't arrive until after 16:30.....feel free to start without us. :)

Yep, good to meet you all, new faces and old. Traffic was better than it looked on the way out the park too.
