s320 W220 add phone to car that does not have command

I have just bought a 2001 s320 w220 that does not have the command console.
I need to add mobile phone and mp3 player to the car.

can you advice as to what price I would have to pay to buy the parts & where to buy from, and also get getting someone to fit them, please?
