s320cdi 220 power steering

Hi

Any help would be appreciated 2004 s320cdi
At slow speeds the power steering has more resistance than it should have
I have changed the pwr streering pump its made no difference. i am told there is a valve on the rack which could be the problem
Help please

It will probably be the rack that is the problem.

New rack is 2071+vat

If you need a rack just shout as I have a good source of them fully re-conditioned for about 400
