Slight Ticking sound after oil change

I changed the oil on Monday on my W211 320 CDI and used this engine oil.

Mobil 1 Turbo Diesel 0W/40



i have been using this for years in all my diesel Mercedes and other cars and never had this problem.
But now when accelerating, i can hear this slight ticking sound which comes inbetween 1600-2000rpm while the turbo spools then goes away again. I also used an Engine flush if that makes any negative difference i dont know..

I'm not sure but I just changed my w211 e270 with 5w-30 as I thought that was correct.

I dont think the engine flush should have done anything but some people say that on higher mileage engine you should use engine flush, but thats not 100%.

Do you have enough oil in?

The ticking sound might be one of the injector seals leaking.
