As long as the car is not actually riding on failed tyres then you can carry in the boot whatever you like.

If you have tyre pressure sensors the sealer gums them up and kills them. Not so expensive on a Merc, £50 ish but he said a guy with a Renault had a £150 bill to replace after using it.
