Sprinter 311 '59 plate . . . .no key !

Hi Folks . . . .I have just taken delivery of the above vehicle. 2 x Fobs came with the van, but no key. Should I have a key ? I can lock / unlock / start / drive the van, but there is a keyhole in the drivers door and also in the glove box. Is it important that I get a key ? Should I have a key ? If so, where do you suggest I get one ? Will it need programming ? . . . .I look forward to hearing from somebody . . .

Is the key blade not inside the fob? not sure about vans but thats how it was on my e class.

put a piccie up of your fob and we can tell you if it is inside or not .

As mentioned the key blade should slide out of the fob ... there's a little catch that holds it in.
