There are a few exceptions, but I think it doesn't help how "mainstream" AMG is now, or the lack of major differences between an "AMG line" and a full fat AMG version.

Obviously you've always been able to order the body kits, but back in the days of the 124, 202, 208, 210 etc, the cost of specifying the body kit added about 25% on to the price, so it was a rarity. Nowadays they all look very similar! Barring the strakes on the bumpers, my Missus' A200 AMG Line saloon looks virtually identical to an A35!

I'm biased though anyway, as I think the decade of '97 to '07 was kind of "peak AMG". Just because that's my era and what I like.

Very nice....now ya just gotta find an insurance company that will cover it (cover!...LOL!). My neighbours really struggling to get a decent quote since getting PPF and beginning to wish he'd never bothered!!

Already sorted before I had it done ,same insurance no change in premium either in all fairness they didnt class it as a modification
